Oklahoma City Newsletter

Privacy Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

The short version: we collect your email address so we can send you the newsletter. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it, and you can leave whenever you like.

What we collect

Your email address, and nothing else. We don’t ask for your name, your address, or anything about you. If we add basic traffic analytics later, it will be the aggregate kind — page counts, not profiles of individual readers — and this page will say so before it happens.

Why we collect it

To send you Oklahoma City Newsletter once a week, and for nothing else. We won’t email you about anything you didn’t sign up for.

Who processes it

Our email is sent through Beehiiv, which stores subscriber addresses on our behalf and processes them under its own privacy policy. Beehiiv is the only third party that receives your address.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with advertisers, partners, or anyone else. Sponsors of the newsletter get their message in front of readers; they never get the list.

Leaving, and deletion

Every issue has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you’re out, with no confirmation step and no questions. If you also want your address deleted from our records entirely, email hello@oklahomacitynewsletter.com and we’ll remove it and confirm when it’s done.

Questions

Reply to any issue, or write to hello@oklahomacitynewsletter.com. A person reads it.
